What to Expect
You can kick off the day at the Career & Workforce Fair, geared toward teens and adults, before multicultural live music and dance performances take over the afternoon.
Enter or sample your way through the Best Tasting Salsa Contest, then catch the lucha libre flair of the Best Luchador Mask Contest. Show off your own moves in the Los Pasos Prohibidos Dance Contest, or let your kids create at the Art Zone, hosted by the Crystal Bridges Mobile Art Lab.

Browse El Mercadito, organized by Conexión de Negocios Latinos, for local Latino-owned businesses, artisans, and products. Food and 21+ drinks are available throughout the day, and live bands take the stage once the after party begins.
Community resources are on hand throughout the grounds too, so you can connect with local organizations while everyone in your group finds something to enjoy.

Rooted in Community
Behind the music and contests, ArkanSalsa Fest fuels year-round work from OneCommunity. When you show up, you help support bilingual literacy programs, parent leadership training, youth development, mental health education, and career exposure work across Northwest Arkansas.

Calling All Vendors and Partners
Local businesses and community members can take part as a vendor, sponsor, partner, or participant at El Mercadito or on the festival grounds. If that’s you, reach out using the contact info above, where you’ll also find vendor and sponsor payment details. Every role you take on helps OneCommunity fund its family programs throughout the year.

If you can’t make it that day, you can still back the mission with a donation through OneCommunity’s website.
