Wednesdays Over Water Brings Art and Dinner Together at Crystal Bridges
Crystal Bridges wants you to eat your way through the museum, not just walk through it. Wednesdays Over Water turns a regular dinner out into something worth talking about, in more ways than one.

A Menu Inspired by Whatever’s on the Walls
Each month, Chef Timothy Ordway and his culinary team build a four-course dinner around a single theme, sometimes pulled from a piece in the museum’s galleries, sometimes from a culinary tradition worth digging into. Whatever the inspiration, the goal stays the same: turn it into something you can actually eat. Expect handcrafted small plates that take the theme seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

Pairings, Plus a Little Commentary
Each course comes paired with a hand-picked drink and commentary from Chef Ordway’s team and fellow guests. It’s your chance to actually ask the team questions and hear the story behind each course, plate by plate.

Get there before summer wraps up. This is one Wednesday worth clearing your calendar for, especially if you’re the type who likes talking about food as much as eating it.
