Andy’s Frozen Custard Opens Its Doors in Bentonville with a Menu Worth Exploring
Andy’s Frozen Custard has been building its following one fresh batch at a time since 1986, and Bentonville is next in line. Frozen custard isn’t a new concept, but Andy’s has built its entire identity around doing it right, with sourcing standards most dessert chains stopped caring about long ago and a menu deep enough to keep regulars from ordering the same thing twice. NWA already has six locations, and number seven just opened in Bentonville.

Bentonville Gets Its Own
The Bentonville team spent the days leading up to opening in full training mode, getting ready to serve. To celebrate, Andy’s offered a free small one-topping Concrete to anyone who downloaded the app and set the Bentonville location as their favorite store before opening day. The doors opened, the line formed, and Bentonville got its first taste.

From a Missouri Lake Town to NWA’s Newest Scoop
Andy’s Frozen Custard started in 1986 when John and Carol Kuntz opened their first shop in Osage Beach, Missouri. Their son Andy and his wife Dana eventually took over, building the family operation into more than 170 locations across 15 states. If you’ve been to any of the other NWA locations, you already know what you’re walking into.

What keeps people coming back is the sourcing. Your custard is made fresh every hour. The brownies, pies, and cookies are baked in-store daily. The fruit is real, not syrup-based. The nuts are roasted weekly in downtown Chicago and shipped directly to each location.

Concretes, Jackhammers, and the Menu That Slows You Down at the Window
Your starting point is vanilla or chocolate frozen custard, but the menu is really built around what gets mixed into it. Concretes are custard blended with toppings until thick enough to eat upside-down. Signatures include the BootDaddy (Oreo, crème caramel, hot fudge) and the Snowmonster (strawberries and melted chocolate chip). The Jackhammer goes a step further: a concrete with a hollow center filled with a topping of your choice, so you hit something different halfway through.

Beyond the blended options, you’ll find sundaes stacked with roasted pecans and housemade brownies, banana splits, shakes, malts, and old-fashioned freezes blended with soda. If you’re bringing a group, the Pick 6 is worth considering: six hand-packed half-pint cups of frozen solid custard in flavors like Heath Bar & Crème Caramel, Peanut Butter Cup, and Cookie Dough. Seasonal offerings rotate in too, and right now that includes a Blackberry Cobbler Concrete.

Grab the App Before You Go
Andy’s runs a loyalty app with location-specific offers that load directly to your account. Before your first visit to the Bentonville location, it’s worth downloading and setting your store, so you don’t miss out on opening deals or seasonal promotions as they come up. You can grab it at eatandys.com/yumsquadapp and browse the full menu while you’re there.
