Hands-On Fun for Kids Who Love to Tinker and Create
If your kid’s the kind who’d rather take a toaster apart than toast a waffle, this camp is basically made for them. Take It Apart Camp at the Amazeum is all about handing over the tools and letting kids tinker, unscrew, and get their hands dirty (safely, of course). It’s a week packed with surprises, learning, and loads of “Whoa, I didn’t know that was inside!” moments. Think drills, soldering irons, and a chance to turn broken gadgets into brand-new creations. Perfect for kids who love to question, build, and maybe come home wanting to unscrew the remote.

The Deets:
📍 Where: Scott Family Amazeum, 1009 Museum Way, Bentonville, AR 72712

💲 Cost: Check the Amazeum site for registration details (spots are limited!)

What’s Happening:
Each day zooms in on a fresh theme — technology, mechanics, textiles, and more. Campers get real tools and real creative freedom to take things apart and put them back together in totally new ways. It’s half inventor, half artist, and all Amazeum-style fun. Kids will learn essential maker skills, problem-solving, and leave with wild ideas (and maybe a few new inventions). Safety gear is a must, but the energy is all curiosity and hands-on discovery.

Wrap It Up With a Nudge:
If your kid loves to build, question, and create, this camp’s got their name on it. It’s a great week of maker madness that’ll have them buzzing with ideas. Worth checking out even if just for the stories they’ll bring home. See you (and the tiny inventors) there!
